Route and Delivery

How it works:

  1. Sign up for the Route Service at 10301 Slide Road or call (806) 687-2525.
  2. Choose a location to leave your clothes (front door, garage, etc.) It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.
  3. Place you clothes in the Master Cleaners bag we provide for you.
  4. Leave your bag out by 8:00am on your scheduled days (either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday).  The driver will come by between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
  5. If you are not home just let your driver know where to leave your clothes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?

 We provide red Master Cleaners bags as you need them. If you do not have a Master Cleaners bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Master Cleaners" on the bag in large letters. The driver will pick it up and leave a bag for your next order. 

How do I get my red Master Cleaners laundry bag?

 Your driver leaves one for you each time he picks up your clothes. 

How will i know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?

 Upon sign-up, you will recieve a confirmation of your start date. Our driver will aslo leave you information on your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days. 

Do i have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up takes place?

 No. There is no need to be home to use the service. The driver will service the location you designate. However, it would be best to pick a location sheltered from the weather.  

How do I tell Master Cleaners about a special request/issue with my garments?

 Simply leave a detailed note in your bag i dentifying the specific garmet (including color, fabric type, and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning insturctions.

What do i do if I have a problem with my order after i get my clothes back?
